Welcome to Tory Does Hair!

I am Tory! I have been playing with hair all my life!

For the last 30+ years, I have been tuning and honing my skills to be able to establish a clientele that would follow me around the world. I absolutely love what I do! I love being able to play and create art all day, talk to my friends and family (my clientele) and make my own schedule so I can spend quality time with my children.

I grew up with a father who taught me all about hair. He was an Italian immigrant and an amazing talent. I started working in his hair salons at the age of 8, sweeping floors and folding towels. For some this may seem like mundane work but i got to watch so much talent in action and see women transform from the messy housewife to the glamorous movie star. I loved hearing all the gossip and learning about life's joys and hardships.

My hair journey has not only taught me the secrets of hair and how to manage even the toughest hair disaster but also how important communication and body language can be in any situation and how to rise above and conquer our own inner fears to accomplish any goal.

In the hair industry, quite frankly, there is never a DULL Moment !!
